Alpha Building Consultants perform ASTM E2018 Due-Diligence PCA for commercial projects throughout the southeast including Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas, Kentucky, Alabama and Louisiana.

Commercial inspections in Brandon, Madison, Jackson and throughout Mississippi are available in a number of formats to meet the individual needs of the client. A basic commercial (Non-ASTM) is performed in the same manner as a home inspection. Staring with the roof and moving through the entired building property systems are inspected for defects. The report can be customized to the property but usually includes a summary page, details about each area and system in the building and photos of defects. No cost estimates are

The next level of commercial inspections is the ASTM compliant inspection. These commercial inspections are completed in the same manner as a basic inspection with the addition of the following:

  • A review of plans, drawings, maintenance records and any applicable warranties if available
  • Interview person or persons with knowledge of the premises
  • Observe a sampling of repetitive items or units
  • Provide cost estimates for both immediate and reserve studies
  • Provide information and maps concerning topography, flood zones and zoning.
