Mr. Charlie Sessums, owner of Alpha Building Consultants is both a Residential and Commercial Inspection Contractor. His company performs residential inspections in the state of Mississippi and commercial inspections throughout the southeast. He has over 20 years experience as a builder, inspector and consultant in the construction and forensics industry.

Mr. Sessums is a Licensed Home Inspector (MHIB 0187 NH) in the state of Mississippi and was appointed by the Governor to the Mississippi Home Inspection Regulatory Board. He served as the board’s vice-chair until 2009. At that time Mr. Sessums was invited to be a member of “The Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors.” As a board member of the EBPHI he has helped improve the test used by most states to license home inspectors.
